Sure Cash Finance practises responsible lending. Our aim is to provide finance in a responsible manner, we have thorough processes in place to ensure we lend within the responsible lending guidelines which are governed by the regulatory rules in Division 4 of Chapter 3 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act. These requirements are incorporated into Sure Cash Finance’s Lending Policies. Requirements of this law: Make reasonable inquiries about:

• Your requirements and objectives in relation to any credit contract suggested or recommended by us;
• Your financial situation.

We must take reasonable steps to verify your financial situation. We will make an assessment as to whether a credit is suitable for you We will not provide you with credit which is unsuitable. Copy of Suitability Assessment: If you ask us for a copy of our assessment of your suitability for a credit contract, we will provide it to you. In verifying a borrower’s financial situation, we may conduct a credit history check, we must obtain bank statements for the last 90 days and consider all other information we consider relevant. We are completely transparent about all our fees and charges and any interest charged. We lend our own money and do not act as agent for any other person.
